Permanent Residence Strategy Session — Niederlassungserlaubnis and EU Long-Term Residence, Planned in Writing

The Permanent Residence Strategy Session is for professionals, founders and families who want the step to permanent residence in Germany planned properly: which permanent title to apply for (Niederlassungserlaubnis under § 9 or § 18c AufenthG, or the EU long-term residence permit under § 9a), when you qualify, what could interrupt the count — a job change, time abroad, a gap in contributions — and which documents you need. It suits you if your current permit is running and you want the path to a permanent status mapped once, properly, in writing. For a specific question about a permit, a job change or family reunification, the 45-minute consultation is the right format.

You send your documents first, we speak for up to an hour, and you receive a written Permanent Residence Roadmap after the call.

No filing: I do not submit the application or any correspondence to the authority in this session.
No representation: I do not act toward the Ausländerbehörde, the Staatsangehörigkeitsbehörde, the BVA or a court in this session.
No deadline monitoring: you remain responsible for keeping every deadline unless you instruct me separately.

How it works

Book and pay. Choose a slot a few days out so I have time to read your file.
Upload your documents. A secure upload link comes with your confirmation; I read everything before the call.
Video call. Up to an hour on path, risks and sequencing. If we later agree that I should take the matter over, I quote representation separately.
Roadmap. You receive the written Permanent Residence Roadmap after the call.

Price

€495. This is a flat fee: the price you see is the price you pay; there are no hourly charges and no extras.

Questions people ask

I already hold a Blue Card. Is this session worth it? Usually yes if you are planning the step to permanent residence. The Roadmap tells you when you qualify and what could interrupt the count.
