Full Application Service — Naturalization, Permanent Residence or Residence Permit, Handled by a Lawyer at a Flat Fee

The Full Application Service is for people who meet the main requirements for German citizenship, permanent residence or a residence permit and want the application prepared, filed and followed through by a lawyer at a flat fee. It suits professionals and families who value a clean application over a cheap one and do not want to spend evenings on forms and caseworker queries.

How it works

1. Request or session. Send a request through the form with a short description of your situation, or book a consultation first.
2. I confirm whether I can take the case. I read every request personally and reply as soon as I can. If a deadline cannot wait, book a consultation.
3. Onboarding online. You receive a secure link: fee agreement, power of attorney and payment.
4. You upload your documents to your personal document checklist.
5. I prepare, check, file and follow through. I draft the application and the cover letter, check every document, file with the authority, and handle all correspondence with the authority until the decision.

What's included

A personal document checklist for your path.
Drafting of the application, the cover letter and any explanations the authority is likely to ask for.
A check of every document before filing, including gaps in residence, income evidence and certificates.
Filing with the authority and all correspondence, including replies to queries, until the decision.

What is not included

The application fee charged by the authority, which depends on the type of application and is shown separately.
Translations and certifications of foreign documents.
Language certificates and the citizenship test; you take, and pay for, those yourself.
Court action if the authority does not decide: available separately as the Untätigkeitsklage at a flat fee.

Price

€1,500, a flat fee for a standard application by one adult, plus the application fee. Spouses and children applying together are quoted when I confirm the case. There is no hourly billing on top.

Why a lawyer and not a portal

Online naturalization services work with case managers and templates. I also work with templates, because a good application is a structured one, but every file is checked by me personally, there is one lawyer from the first message to the decision, and you write to me directly. If your file has a problem, you hear it from someone who can solve it. And you know in advance exactly what is excluded, so there are no surprises later.

Questions people ask

Can you handle my spouse and children as well? Yes. Family applications are filed together; I quote the combined fee when I confirm the case.

Do I still have to attend the authority in person? Usually once or twice, depending on the citizenship authority, to hand in originals or to receive the certificate or the card. I prepare you for that appointment.

What happens if the authority takes too long? After at least three months without a decision, I can file an Untätigkeitsklage at a flat fee. We'll discuss whether this step makes sense for your situation.
